settingsThe Cannonball House is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:30 pm, except on major holidays.
45-minute guided tours of the main house and brick kitchen and servants’ quarters. The tour offers an exploration of the home’s rich history, including a Civil War museum and the Sidney Lanier collection.

- Students (K5-College): $5 (college students must show student ID)
- Children under 4: Free!
You can purchase tickets in advance, but at-the-door purchases are preferred. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

- Take Exit 164, Forsyth Street/Hardeman Avenue
- Turn right onto Forsyth Street
- Turn left at the second traffic light onto College Street
- Turn right at the second traffic light onto Georgia Avenue
- At Spring Street, the street name changes to Mulberry Street
- The Cannonball House is on the right side between Spring and New Streets
- Parking is to the rear of the building on Mulberry Street Lane

- Take Exit 165 (exits to the LEFT) onto I-16 East toward Savannah.
- Immediately move to the far right lane and take Exit 1A, Spring Street
- Turn right onto Spring Street
- Pass through two traffic lights, then bear to the left at the fork
- At the stop sign, turn left onto Mulberry Street.
- The Cannonball House is the fourth building on the right
- Parking is to the rear of the building on Mulberry Street Lane

- Follow the exit loop and merge right onto Second Street
- At the second traffic light, turn right onto Mulberry Street
- At the second traffic light, turn left onto New Street
- Go ½ block and turn right onto Mulberry Street Lane
- Parking is to the rear of the building on Mulberry Street Lane

Parking
Free parking is available behind the Cannonball House, on Mulberry Street Lane. The lot is separated from the Cannonball House grounds by a brick fence.

Gift Shop
Our gift shop features a selection of locally made jellies, honey, and preserves, including the always-popular FROG jam and TOE jam for visitors looking to try something a little different.
You’ll also find books, jewelry, toys, and a variety of decorative items, with new items added throughout the year.
