The Cannonball House offers various age-appropriate, curriculum-based school programs for pre-K through 12th grades. All school programs include a tour of the Cannonball House and its unique kitchen and servants’ quarters and encourage student participation. In addition, tours can be customized to emphasize any area that students are currently studying, such as architecture, geography, Civil War history, local or Georgia history, music, etc. Here are some of our upcoming programs for 2019.
February 23 – Father/Daughter Dance from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. K -12th grade $20 couple Reservations required.
April 13 – Mother/Daughter Tea from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. K – 12th grade $20 couple $5 extra person. Reservations required.
May 18 – Co-ed Etiquette class. This class is for both boys and girls in the 4th – 6th grade. 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. $15 person Reservations required.
June 22 – Kid’s Kitchen 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. K -3rd grade. $12 per student. Reservations required.
July 20 – Herbs 4 Kids 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. K-12th grade. $10 per student. Reservations required.
Aug – 17 Miss Elizabeth’s Academy for Young Ladies 4th – 6th grade 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. $15 per student. Reservations required.
Sept 21 Miss Elizabeth’s Academy for Young Ladies 7th – 12th grade. 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. $15 per student. Reservations required.
